Mark Schreiner has been an attorney since 1984 and has over 36 years of experience as a trial attorney. He is an active member of the Arizona State and Federal Bar and a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. His primary areas of practice include Criminal Law, Real Estate law, Landlord Tenant Law and Appellate work. He regularly represents both home owners as well as Homeowners Associations involving CC&R and land disputes. During his career, Mr. Schreiner has mainly practiced in Flagstaff, Arizona serving Coconino, Navajo, and Yavapai County. He has been plaintiff’s counsel on countless eviction cases representing numerous apartment complexes as well as single family owners. Finally, he has regularly handled driving under the influence (DUI) matters, also known as DWI/BWI cases, in both State and Federal Court (Grand Canyon and Lake Powell) as well as other various criminal matters.
