Tevis Reich Esq. serves as a third-party neutral providing conflict management and dispute resolution Services in Northern Arizona, Flagstaff and throughout the state. As a professional neutral, we provide Mediation, Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution Services (ADR).

A third-party neutral can serve in different capacities depending on the needs of the parties involved:

Mediator: Facilitates negotiation between parties to help them reach a voluntary, mutually satisfactory agreement. The mediator does not make a decision for the parties.
Arbitrator: Hears evidence from both sides and renders a binding decision, similar to a private judge.
Early Neutral Evaluator: Assesses the strengths and weaknesses of each case and provides an opinion on the likely outcome if the case were to go to trial, which helps guide settlement discussions

Mr. Reich is able to conduct and facilitate both in-person and virtual mediations and arbitrations by Zoom or video conference. Mr. Reich is also willing to travel and provide in-person and on-site mediation, arbitration and ADR services in Northern Arizona and throughout Arizona in general.
